The moral of the story? DON'T CLEAN.

This has been an interesting week. An insect bite, plenty of anti-itch creme, Benadryl, ice, Advil, ER, overnight, IV, ampicilin, Keflex, elevation, lots of water, Santa Monica, the pier, 405 or 5, and some much needed rest.

I gotta write more about this.
