Something really clicked today... I was in one of those moods where everything was cast in the right light. And speaking of light, the lights outside the Costco in Fountain Valley right around 8:45pm gave the mostly empty parking lot and the few people walking to their cars a very cinematic quality. I wish I could have captured it.

I've been so busy with work lately. Sometime between April and May I went from working 20-25 hours a week to 40-50. I can't really complain, because it's been really good for my checking account, but damn, I don't know how to save enough time away from work to do the things I work to afford to be able to do. Unfortunately too, the money's not piling up in my account either. Time to shift the balance.
Vegas, sushi, crepes, and finals week have all gotten me in the mood to hang out. It's hell for my sleeping patterns, but I've got plenty more years to catch up on sleep. I think I'll either get used to it soon, or hate myself every morning. Good thing the feeling passes.
