conflict of interest

Fack. Did it again. Slept out my favorite part of the day. Friday night 7pm till 11:30pm. I didn't feel like staying up all night, so I moved from the couch where I unwillingily crashed to my bed and proceeded to catch up on sleep. Now it's 5am and I'm good. Man, what is up with me?

Somebody knows how I like eggs.

It's really disappointing how the image you have of someone can blind you to what's really there. Every time I step out of the apartment now, most of the neighbors gave myself and the roommates dirty looks, and all because of a baseless accusation by one other neighbor that we were looking in her window one night. No judge, no jury, and now we're the black sheep of the complex. We don't even have to opportunity to clear our names.

I only got half the to-do list from yesterday crossed off, so it's rolling over to today's list. Ack.

The sky's lightening up...

it never ends

the to-do list is lengthy today

go to costco
drop off stuff to be recycled
work out
cook lunch
drop off lighting equipment
collect and cash rent checks
wash the car
take pics of the car
choir practice

here goes
weather the storm

I opened a can of worms tonight. I apologize.

Walking in the chill of these unfamiliarly frigid nights gives me a certain peace I don't find most other times. It is simply you and the cold. I don't know why I like the cold so much. There's something to the notion that you either have to find some internal fire, or share heat with someone else.

Clean and organized are two diverent concepts. If there was an easy way to bring them together, well, that' beyond me at the moment. I can't believe we're still unpacking. Or I'm still unpacking. Or whatever.

I've grown to realize you can't always go with the most elegant solution.

I dropped the ball. Who sleeps between 7pm and midnight?

The more time I have, it seems like the less I get done. I guess there can be too many hours in a day.

I'm on a mission from God. To do something. I'm working on it. Among other things.

Move on.

flipped the script

Been to Chino and back three times in a week. I haven't done that in a long time. I forgot how home keeps me grounded.

Man I love shoutouts. Thanks.

Potlucks are always better when you cook. And cooking's more fun when you do something you haven't tried yet. If I knew making honey walnut shrimp wasn't biochemistry, I would have made it once a week.

There's always room for growth.

My sleeping habits have been very strange lately. Last night I fell asleep in front of the computer at home home and woke up at 2, tried to go back to bed around 4 but probably fell asleep well after 5, and woke up at 8 something. What's the deal? I don't usually have trouble falling asleep.

The best part of an uphill climb is that you end up higher than where u started.

Good. Night.
